ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! THEY'RE SCAMMERS!! They overcharge, compared to other orthodontists, they lie about the state of my teeth. They said I had a class 3 when I obviously don't and other orthodontists said I had a class 1. They weren't very clear with what was wrong with my teeth and they weren't clear about how payments would work. Very disappointed. Hey parents don't bring your kids here.
The staff and Dr. Trohatos are wonderful. My son just completed phase 1 and it could not have gone any better. Thank you so much.
I’m disappointed with my experience at Orthodontics on Danforth. While some of the staff were courteous, the follow-up care lacked consistency and clear communication. The contract was printed in very small font, making it difficult to read and fully understand. I saw at least four orthodontists before coming to Dr. Emily Trohatos, and choosing her was absolutely worth it! Every other doctor told me I wasn't a candidate for Invisalign, but they were wrong. She took the time to assess my case properly, and now we're nearing the end of my treatment with incredible results. On top of that, her team is fantastic! I had a great experience with the Treatment Coordinator and other staff members during my first appointment. However, after visiting multiple orthodontists to get quotes, I can confidently say that Dr. Sara Lalani (the orthodontist) was not thorough at all in explaining what was wrong with my teeth or how she could help fix it. She simply came in, said my teeth were crowded, and mentioned that the process would take about 1–2 years.
