We’ve had excellent experience at Dr.Bradford. He has amazing bedside manner. The staff is friendly and we’re very excited to walk down this journey with them for our nine year-old son.
Dr. Bradford and his are were extremely helpful and the atmosphere in the office is upbeat and happy. My son went in for braces and my daughter switched over from another orthodontist to Dr. Bradford. I highly recommend Dr. Bradford.
I’m absolutely disgusted at how I was spoken to on 13th 2024. I called because my “permanent” retainer came completely off, I explained the situation and was told I had a balance of 190$, and need to pay it, before she could even tell me if they could help. I previously paid 600$ just for my top retainer. They WOULD NOT put in my retainer until the full balance was paid, I have a credit if anything . They took amazing care of my daughter. She recently had her braces removed and her smile looks perfect. The staff has gone above and beyond time and time again and are always happy to do so. Would 1000% recommend.
