very disappointed with them. I have had my braces for 3 years and started my retainers. after about 5 months of use i started getting a really bad allergic reaction to them to wear my tongue swelled up. I stopped their use and called the office for a solution to it and was told there was nothing they could do. they only offered another pair at original price, which would cost me $500.00. I am now forced to look elsewhere for a solution.
This is the best dentist I’ve been to in my life. We take our kids here, and we absolutely love the service, cleanliness, and promptness. The professionals here keep you well informed and make you feel comfortable. I just wanted to take the time to write this review and share our experience. This is the best dentist office in South Florida! I drive an hour just to see my favorite dentist Leshlie Pereira 🫶 All the staff is super nice, the space is beautiful, relaxing and clean, and more important, they know what they are doing!
I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but my experience at this dental office was extremely disappointing. I’ve been dealing with a painful tooth infection, nausea, and headaches, and instead of addressing the actual issue, the focus was constantly on upselling me services I didn’t need. To make things worse, there’s a clear lack of communication in the office. The dentist told me one thing, and the receptionist said something completely different.
