Horrible receptionist. Does know how to be polite or courteous to anyone who has an emergency. This entire state of Utah need a lesson on how to treat customers. Never going to call them again.

I came from a previous orthodontist on referral for my dentist because I had a horrific experience. I was concerned that all orthodontist for the same and that my experience would be the same. I was blown away by the incredibly talented and dedicated staff at this office. Julie, Kellie, Katy, and Dr. Carter are like family, and they treat you as such. I've been going here for years and the staff has always been extremely professional and helpful. I recently returned from India and my retainer was quite dirty after an extended stay with little way to take care of it. When I got back Dr Carter took care of it and cleaned it up like brand new! I cannot reccomreded this orthodontist enough.
Dr Carter is such an awesome Orthodontist! He really takes the time to listen and answer questions and he is very thorough. His staff is absolutely amazing. Julie runs the front office and is top notch. She has a gift of making everyone who enters the office feel cared for. Kellie and Katie are the best assistants ever. These women work very hard and really know their stuff!! I have had all five of my children get their braces here and would highly recommend anyone in need of braces going here!
