I am so happy I found this office for my kids! Nicole was such a great receptionist, very helpful and makes you feel so comfortable coming in. Anja was great at talking to me discreetly about cost in front of my kids so I didn't feel pressured on my decision. I loved it was in the op room instead of being over the desk in a stuffy office (past experiences). We are so pleased and happy with our son’s progress with his braces. Dr. Knutson and his staff have always been helpful and friendly and made the process seamless! Very impressed.
My primary dentist referred me to this office because I was interested in braces or Invisalign. New Patient Coordinator, Lexi, took my call and was completely dismissive. I explained to Lexi I wanted to get braces and I informed them I may need baby teeth removed prior to treatment. After explaining my situation Lexi responded “we don’t take out teeth”.
