We absolutely LOVE Orthodontic Specialists of Madison! All three of my children are in the process of braces/retainers and the staff are so kind and patient every time we come in. They always greet us with smiles and make us feel like we aren’t just patients, but we’ve grown to all become friends! I am so happy I found this office for my kids! Nicole was such a great receptionist, very helpful and makes you feel so comfortable coming in. Anja was great at talking to me discreetly about cost in front of my kids so I didn't feel pressured on my decision. I loved it was in the op room instead of being over the desk in a stuffy office (past experiences).
