Overall they did a good job and kind staff. After 8 years my negative experience came towards the end. The day I got my braces off the orthodontist asked if I had a new dentist yet, which I did not because I had become uninsured. I had been calling places for months, but no luck. She didn’t seem to hear me and just emphasized how important a dentist is to have…(I’m very aware of their importance) I felt embarrassed. This was a short interaction, but clearly left an impression on me.
Loved my experience here. Everything was fast and easy. Check out Dr Knutson - he’s super knowledgeable.
I'm very happy with the excellent care I received from Dr. Bird and his team. I had aligners for about 10 months, and the results are terrific! The process went very smoothly and I had great communication from them every step of the way. Five stars!
