They are constantly running late! By late afternoon, they are usually 1 1/2 hour behind. It is also very difficult to schedule convenient appointments! I missed an appointment and was informed I could not been scheduled for another 6 1/2 weeks. This is unacceptable. Braces are less expensive at this orthodontist office than several other offices, by a few hundred dollars. Frustration and your time is not the savings. I will not choose this office again nor would I recommend it to anyone.

Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Not at all, they seemed stuck in the past Did this provider rush your appointment? Yes, I felt like an annoyance! Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!

I went to have a retainer replaced and when the assistant was trying to check to assue the new retainer fit properly she caused a filling to break loose. She was telling me I would need to pull the retainer up to remove it but she was pulling it at an angle and the pressure caused my filling to dislodge. They put a temporary filling in it's place and told me I needed to call my dentist to have it fixed. Most of the staff there are very rude. At first, before i signed their contract they were very nice until after i signed the contract they became very bitter toned and unattentive. Dr. Barry is no longer there, there is a a new female orthodontist. She is a lot older and very kind..although, she is verrrryyy slow and I had a situation where she gave me the wrong instructions for my rubberbands and had a feeling so i doubled checked. Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible
