Dr Justin, Patti and Gina were all great! I took my boys there today and they were all very kind, friendly and compassionate. My boys have many dental difficulties and everyone was extremely kind to me and my children.
Staff is super nice and did great with my 9 year old son who hates the dentist...he remained calm and did great! Can’t wait to see his results once he’s all done! Definitely recommend this group!!
Dr. Justin and the entire staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. Gina walked me through all of the finance, billing, insurance and payment information. Patricia was very professional while doing my digital impressions, explaining everything, every step of the way! Dr. Justin was very thorough and professional, he even sent me a video explanation after my initial office visit. I love the digital viewing of what is changing in my teeth!!
Emily was absolutely terrified of braces, though she is not quite excited, but relaxed, and I'll take it, she has been fearing the process for YEARS! My son got his braces on, and LOVES Dr. Silvestre:):)
All I can say is wow! Friendliest inviting staff and office setting my son and I have ever encountered. Dr. Justin builds his relationship with his patient which creates a trusting bond for the treatment plan which is hard to come by these days. My family looks forward to working with you guys at OSIV.
