Highly recommend. Great working with insurance to get our treatment covered. Everyone is so nice. Donna did an excellent job with my daughter while she was getting her braces on. All kinds of cool swag. 💯
I've had a fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and at ease. The office is clean, modern, and runs efficiently Dr. Kurcak is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and takes the time to explain every step of the treatment process. I’ve seen great progress with my braces and I truly feel like I’m in expert hands.
Maria the receptionist is always so friendly, professional, and organized. She makes checking in and scheduling appointments quick and easy. Even when the office is busy, she handles everything with a smile and keeps things running smoothly. She’s a big part of what makes the whole dental experience so pleasant.
We had to wait about 30 minutes after his scheduled appointment to be seen/seated. After he was seated we had to wait another 20 minute's before someone attended to him. That's the only complaint I have. Otherwise, the service, end results, were very good!
This is our second time here and the staff has been wonderful at helping us on our journey. My daughter is having her braces placed today and is ready for her forever smile! A huge shoutout to Donna for making her feel comfortable and to the rest of the staff as well.
