1. The main doctor is rated as a top rated orthodontist, but 99% of the time nurses, which seems like they haven't even gone through dental training are working on you. 2. They tell you that you have five years of available corrections, which is a lie. You get no corrections if you "complete" the treatment. They do not explain what "complete" means, so if you are unsatisfied one day after your last visit, you're out of luck. 3.
