So my first review was negative. However I'm going to say that I caught them on a bad day. We went today to get a bracket fixed and the colors swapped out. They got us In right away. The dental assistant was kind and gentle with my daughter. The dr was patient as she was terrified of any tooth dr lol. They scheduled my extra appt right away which I appreciate being a busy mom of 5! I will be recommending you to others. I'm glad I gave it a second chance and I'm glad they proved me wrong �
I had a great experience since my first visit. Front desk is always nice and greets professionally and asks how is everything going. Jessica is amazing!! Dhe doesn't tightening. Doc your great too! My journey has only begun but the end result will be worth it and I can't wait to see my beautiful smile. 👍🏽😁 Can't forget to give kudos to Sylvia who explained payments and coverage in detail, she was very patient. First office that I didn't feel pressured. 👍🏽
