Nice staff and they always ask questions making sure nothing is poking your cheeks or gums shows you that they care. Update: On multiple occasions were scheduled but wait time was 30 mins to an hour wait time. They expect you to be in the office even with no seats available. Was told today that they were behind was told that we could come back but then was told we couldn't. Very confusing and the receptionist was very rude. This facility has the air of a corporate assembly line that's designed for customer throughput. The facility is cramped and claustrophobic, and the staff came off as indifferent and caring more about gossiping with each other than actually tending to patients. When you call "Orthodontic Experts", you're not calling this office, you're calling a corporate call center, complete with the vibe of "I don't care about you, I just care about getting you off the phone so I can take the next call." The waiting area is small but the people are nice.
Great
Everyone was so nice, took time to explain everything step by step through the process, and answered any questions we had. During placement when my daughter was having a hard time, they paused and let her calm down and made sure she was ready to continue before doing so. Very good first experience.
