Friendly, efficient staff.
It started out great and the office manager has been AMAZING, but all of the staff started to change and that’s when things started trickling downhill. We dont get supplies at our visits anymore. Each time we ask we get told they are out. Our appointment times and the time we have to wait after our appointment time is getting later and later because it is being treated like an assembly line instead of focusing on making sure the clients are taken care of and have a good experience. We’ve been going for about 9 months. The results so far are nice, however threatening to take my child’s braces off because he isn’t the best flosser and making me sign something saying he’ll improve is very demeaning. Also agree with everyone else on the appointment times, doesn’t matter what time you schedule they’re always running behind/overbooked. Something just seems off about this place.
The girls and orthodontist was so sweet and nice to my daughter. She was scared to get her braces on today but they did eveything to make her feel comfortable!
