They lied at consultation & even after coming into the office that they would help with appeal process but didn't help at all!!
Incompetent the best way of describing this place, office managers lack of knowledge/experience is unbelievable she immediately WITHOUT verification claim my Blue Shield Blue Cross insurance was only for dental surgery not dental/orthodontist care after initiating treatment I verified I do have coverage directly with my insurance but office refuses to do their job and bill insurance because already in treatment is against office procedures after confronting the “clinic manager” she had the audacity to lie to my face and clai... read more
I got my braces installed today and it was a great experience.....I look forward to continuing my treatment with them
Dr. Lablonde has a great bedside manner and answered every question my son and I had about his treatment. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a good orthodontist! I also want to say that the whole staff at Burbank location is the best. Thank you

First time coming here and definelty recommending everyone , if you need braces contact them to schedule your appointment. There super friendly, My daughter was kinda iffy about getting braces but her dentist Brian Lablonde and his assistant Michelle R. made her feel super comfortable. they answer all your questions in a timely manner.
