The staff was friendly during my child's assessment. But when the insurance denied the claim (which I did not expect), they literally didn't have time to deal with me. They don't help with the appeal and leave it to the client to figure out. I was told they can give me copies of their records to do the appeal myself. But after a message and email requesting thre records, not only did I not receive the records, but I never received an acknowledgement to my messages. All new technology, the staff is very nice and very friendly. My orthodontist is Inna, and I couldn’t ask for a better one. Very highly recommend.
