I have only had excellent service and treatment from Dr. Helena and her team. On one instance, we were in a hurry and had a busy schedule and Dr. Helena worked as the hygienist to get my kids in and out and accommodate our schedule. Dr. Helena’s attitude is clearly that no task is beneath her and all the staff works together in this same manner to exceed any customer service expectations at every visit. Very solid establishment.
Quick and efficient service. Everyone is super nice and treat my kids well. Easy to work around my busy schedule and love the early morning hours so the kids miss less school. Dr. Helena developed unique plans for both kids and took the time to explain the process and benefits to each step. Highly recommend!
I would not reccomend this business. They are only in it for the money, so if you have money to blow and do not care about a orthodontic plan to move ahead then use them. My daughter completed her treatment about 2 years ago. After I had completed all the agreed upon payments. Now I have been randomly sent a bill for another 600 dollars. They never reached out to me or informed me of a balance owed in 2 years.... additionally they were hesitant on giving me a copy of bill explaining why I owe this balance.
