They don’t answer the phone and they take a long time to give you a call back. Also their hours of operation are not correct on their website and on google. There has now been 4 separate incidents where I have driven all the out there and they are closed. Staff are all very nice however I have had a lot of issues mainly with communication.
They messed up my teeth, wouldn't let parents back while they were working on my braces, and expected teenagers to communicate all details with the parents instead of talking to them directly

Amazing friendly staff to work with from the very beginning.. I’m very happy and satisfied with my results.. I highly recommend getting Invisalign with this team! They’re effective and actually genuinely care about you!
