If I could give this business 1 star I would. The office manager Chastity Hall is the most disrespectful, terrible woman that I have ever met. She was so nasty to me and tried to get me to pay her cash on the side after I had already paid my co-pay and said that this is for future dental appointments. CROOKED!!!

Well,I took my daughter about 1 1/2 for braces, do you know they didn’t/ wouldn’t out a Retainer on her Teeth, and withdrew after collecting all the Insurance money, poor Services, use cheap prom, workers he has, have very Nasty None Professional ways, with dealing with Certain Ethnic Ppl, they need a Sensitivy Training when dealing with, other Racial groups, I would let him fix my Animals Teeth the Denistry/ the Board need to know just how they operate/ needs to be Closed, the day off my appt they Canceled all of her Servic... read more
After an awful experience with a different Ortho doctor and being told that I would have to pay for my son's braces out of pocket, this group has been like a breath of fresh air! The doctor and assistant were both very polite and informative. Insurance approved it on the first request and I feel like they are very accurate and detail oriented. I'm excited to be receiving my sons care and braces through them soon!
