If I could give this place zero stars I would. I have never been treated this badly by a healthcare facility. For one they lost my originally appointment because they wrote my name wrong then never apologized for it and tried to blame it on me. Then when I was actually seen I was gagging almost to the point of throwing up and was looked with disgust instead of concern and basically told to suck it up so they could continue taking pictures of my teeth. Súper mala Experiencia. Personalmente si mis hijos tienen aseguranza del estado, Y puras excusas entre ellos y los de dirugia Se asen un gran tema para no aser los tratamientos adecuados y al punto llegaron a edades en que la aseguranza ya no les cubrió nada😡y quedaron igual. A pero al principio que barbaridad era urgente atenderlos!!!
One of the nurses got angry, acted angry, and given an angry voice to my son while trying to take another picture of his smile that scared and upsets my son and I don’t want to take my son there anymore but he was so excited about getting a braces and he wants to go back there.
great customer service clean environment been coming for years love this place
