If you want nice results .. do not go here. This company as a whole is terrible and you will NOT see any results or be satisfied. I promise this review is all you need to read/see in order to not go here and WASTE your money. ANY review saying that this company can be trusted is not reliable, I promise! What I wanted for my teeth was the bare minimum and could not be accomplished.
They have the most rudest employees!! They’re super rough with your teeth & wait time is ridiculous!
Staff is nice. Wait time is ridiculous, and it's even more irritating for me because I have to drive almost 2 hours to get here in the 1st place.
This is the absolute worst place to ever get treatment. You’re treated like a number when you’re a patient. I’ve had to wait anywhere from 30min to an hour to be called back for service. The orthodontist comes in for 5 seconds, speak in medicine terms and walk out. I was here for 2 years and literally there was no change in my teeth and I transferred and received results in 3 months. I dont agree with charging $350 for track records. Also charging $500 to remove braces are ridiculous. Most orthodontist don’t like working over other orthodontists work so I have no choice but to go back to them to get them removed because I’m unable to continue treatment with them.
