My girls have been going here for 2 years, everytime a problem arose, very prompt to ralk to me. Hygenist even opened the office on a Sunday when wire broke and was poking her.
If your thinking about taking your kids here don't. Those non customer service chicks in this office are very unprofessional. They talk to parents like they ain't shit. They change staff from when we started going there and don't inform parents of nothing. Then when you won't to stop treatment your told there's a fee. Like for real. My husband and I have reached put to an attorney. I will not allow another person to ho through this. I should have listened to that guy when he said don't bring your kids in here.
