RecommendedIt’s very rare that an employee goes above & beyond but the young lady at your Hiram location at 4:50 on Monday 12/10/18 went above & beyond. She was super friendly and kind on the phone and even gave me an option to solve my daughter’s problem at home. When that didn’t work she told us she would wait on us. The wire was digging into my daughters gum line, causing severe pain, & now thanks to her the pain is gone! Best Christmas gift would be to know that you guys appreciate her too! She deserves a raise

RecommendedI’ve had my braces for 3 years and have finally gotten them taken off! The staff is very friendly! I used to pay extra monthly to pay down quicker and when I ran into an financial issue the staff worked with me! My smile is beautiful thanks to OCG Carrollton. & also the doctor is a professional and handsome man! Great results and a handsome orthodontist go ahead and sign yourself up & your kids if your considering!
