I was a patient from 19 until a few weeks ago when they closed the lagrange office. The staff was pleasant but I'm so hurt and disappointed because I feel I've wasted money. Found a new ortho and they basically said I should've never gotten braces because of my teethstructure, i went to clise spaces, closed my gap but my side spaces got worse and never closed. Absolutely terrible customer service and you can never ever get them on the phone
I have been a patient with Orthodontic Care of Georgia since I was a sophomore in High School and I am now an adult with children of my own lol. They have become family. They are professional, understanding, prices are reasonable, they know you by name, they make you feel like family and not just a number. When it comes to my teeth and my smile I recommend Orthodontic Care of Georgia to my family and friends!
