I’m writing this review after completing my treatment in less than 2 years, way before my expected removal date! I will be recommending this office to everyone I know. The best prices and customer service I’ve ever received! The staff and Dr were always knowledgeable with every step in my treatment.
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. Two weeks ago, I called to reschedule my braces removal appointment. The receptionist told me there was no availability except for Friday, July 3, at the Cedar Hill office, so I accepted that appointment. Today, I called to verify the appointment time because I never received a confirmation or reminder like I normally do.
