We are new to the area and my daughter is 16 and wanted clear aligners. I am so glad we found Orthodontic Associates because they’ve all been wonderful. They got records from our previous orthodontist and worked with us every step of the way to transfer here. The front desk staff remembers us every single time we come, they’re super friendly, and the entire staff treats us like family. I can’t recommend them enough!

We had such a great experience at Orthodontic Associates! Karen truly went above and beyond with Braxton’s dental work. She was incredibly kind, patient, and made sure he felt comfortable every step of the way. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and takes pride in what she does. Braxton’s smile looks amazing, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Dr. Patel and his staff in Shelby, North Carolina. They have always been kind, patient, honest, and professional throughout my orthodontic treatment. The entire team makes you feel comfortable and cared for. Be sure to ask for Taylor—she goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in the door. Thank you all for such a positive experience! I am loving my clear alignments.

From the time we called to get schedule an appointment, our consultation, getting the braces on, and afterwards/weekly check ins everything has been top notch! Love that they have you scan your child’s teeth weekly to show the progress and to note if they are missing any spots while brushing. Would recommend this office 1000% times!
