I have been a client here since August 2024. All of my visits have been great until today. Dr. Wilson was amazing, patient and kind as always but his assistant Sadie was less than pleasant! She did not introduce herself, explain anything she was doing, she left that horrible tasting stuff in my mouth while applying my lower braces. I told her that the tongue guard hurt and she just kept saying "bite down" "open" etc. Just rude and no consideration to acknowledge my discomfort and pain. They are great with kiddos. My daughter has been so nervous about getting her expander and they have calmed her mind and made it easy for her every step of the way.
