Never had any problems at all
Office manager Sonya Prillaman threatened to violate my HIPPA rights today and put my personal Information on social media for giving them a poor review. HIPPA has been notified of this threat to violation!!
My son was very nervous when we arrived. He had no clue what to expect. We had a tour of the office when we went back. He was very impressed! He said, "They really know how to make people feel welcome!" He has told many people about how friendly Dr. Stern and Leah were already. I would highly recommend anyone needing orthodontic help to go see these wonderful people! He is excited to go back next month!
The staff is fantastic and Dr. Prillaman is awesome! I have been going to them since I moved here in 2003 and they have always taken excellent care of me!
Orthodonic Arts is absolutely fantastic!! Cares about every patient!! Answers questions without making you feel like they are too busy and rushing you thru!
We have had a very positive experience at Orthodontic Arts from the time my daughter Caroline received her first consultation many years back and then braces put on and now at the end of our adventure! The staff have been super helpful throughout the process.
