Kim is extremely unprofessional. I had the unfortunate and most unprofessional experience as well as my family member. I would not recommend this dentist just based off the lack of compassion they intentionally dismiss with children of color

Dr. Surber and the entire team at iSmile have always been great to work with! They genuinely care for their patients and make sure every appointment is a great experience! I wholeheartedly recommend them!
Without question, the most remarkably unfortunate set of -circumstances my family ever had the misfortune of experiencing: - Orthodontic Assistants inhumane insensitivity to patients expressed discomfort. - Countless incidents of gross negligence (i.e. broken wires & brackets, extreme engorgement of gums, excessive use of adhesive, leading to the need of a gingivectomy).
