Kim is extremely unprofessional. I had the unfortunate and most unprofessional experience as well as my family member. I would not recommend this dentist just based off the lack of compassion they intentionally dismiss with children of color

Without question, the most remarkably unfortunate set of -circumstances my family ever had the misfortune of experiencing: - Orthodontic Assistants inhumane insensitivity to patients expressed discomfort. - Countless incidents of gross negligence (i.e. broken wires & brackets, extreme engorgement of gums, excessive use of adhesive, leading to the need of a gingivectomy). Dr Serber had fixed my teeth and put a permanent retainer for me to keep my teeth in place and after more than 20 years the retainer broke and my teeth shifted again. I Was on vacation and that prevented me from seeing the doctor fast but when I showed up it felt like I was there last week. The office staff was great and I was happy they remembered me and so the doctor. He looked at my teeth and quickly gave me my options to fix the problem in approximately 14 weeks.
