We were very dissapointed! We went here for the consultation and were given a price plan and everything.Then when i called to start the treatment, they refered me somewhere else saying she wasnt an ideal candidate.This was the only thing she wanted for her birthday. She wanted to get her teeth straightened (started anyways) before she starts high school in the fall. She has terrible anxiety about her smile and wont smile for photos or anything. Fly by Night. They will sell you the product, leave you on your own and disappear with no follow up appointments and no after-care, including a retainer. I have to find and pay an actual orthodontist to get a retainer because the "agent" who sold me the OrthoDirect Kit disappeared. OrthoDirect will not respond to my phone calls or emails in order to supply me with a retainer. The orthodontist I called said they get a lot of clients who have been similarly dumped. Run, don't walk, from this fly-by-night company.
I recently finished my treatment and I am very happy with my results !! There is such a difference with my teeth and smile !! OrthoDirect is very effective and affordable. Libby was also very helpful throughout my treatment, answering any questions or concerns I had and very flexible with my schedule. 10/10 would recommend.
I'm on my 7th set of aligners and I can't believe I can already see the difference in my teeth! For once in my life I'm confident smiling with an open mouth 😁 The team have been a pleasure to work with and given me peace of mind to know I'm being taken care of. I'm so glad I finally decided to set things straight!
