I have worked with Orthodent for many years and I could not be happier with the work they do. Special mention to Kim, Terrence and Sarah for being such an amazing help.
I’ve used Orthodent for about 20 years. During this time I’ve developed a good working relationship with several of the techs. I figured out what they want from my end, and vice versa so that we get consistent cases. (dentures, crowns bridges in my case.). But the true test is when you have something go wrong or you have an unusual case. They have screwed up my dentures twice I am still going to My dentist so this defectors lab gets it right it has cost me 1400$ in gas to travel there to get this fixed and have another $200 gas trip coming up. If it isn’t done right this time I will get a lawyer to go after my time and expenses that I have incurred unnecessarily because of this labs negligence by not have sufficiently trained technicians
Had an emergency repair needed on family day long weekend. Received the repair in 2 hours. Outstanding service. Thanked you then and thanking you now. 🩷🩷
