I have been using Orthodenco in my practice for over three years now. My father used them for decades in his office. I can confidently say that they are a quality, reliable lab. I have known Rene since I was a kid -- you will not find a more hard-working guy that goes out of his way to get things done. The lab is up-to-date with the newest technology and appliances are made well, fit perfect the first time, and get delivered quickly. If you need a great lab for your orthodontic appliances, look no further!
My last experience after being a client for over 15 years, was absolutely disgusting . Just because I was late on one payment due to hospitalization they had no consideration and were even charging me a late fee after I paid it off in January . I was singled out to provide a CC number so they can deliver the cases they had just picked up. They could have told me that before they picked up. They refused to return the cases unless I paid.
