I am deeply disappointed with my experience at OrthoConnecticut in New Milford, CT. The tall female assistant displayed an unacceptable level of rudeness toward both myself and my uncle, whom I accompanied for his appointment. Her unprofessional demeanor created a hostile environment, undermining the care we sought. This lack of compassion and respect is intolerable in a medical setting, and I cannot recommend this practice based on our encounter.
Highly recommended. Our son was injured in an accident at his summer job in mid June. After the ER visit at the New Milford Hospital (excellent btw), we were directed to OrthoConnecticut and specifically Dr. Yaghoubian. They got us in immediately despite having no prior appointment. The reception was excellent; friendly, efficient, and not rushed. Dr. Yaghoubian took the time to draw freehand a diagram of my sons' injuries, then stressed the need to get this fixed quickly.
