Sam was thorough, understandable, and patient in answering my questions in both times we were in post surgery. He provided answers that could be put into practice for pain control, time for the healing process and the reasons for the timeline.
I love my team at orthocincy, they all work well together to provide excellent care for you and take the time to explain everything in detail. Without them I would've never made it through nursing school and would've dropped out from my hip, so big thank you to my orthocincy team who is like family now!
A thorough examination was done . Lisa clearly explained my options to give me the proper care.
Everyone was terrific, from the receptionists , X-ray tech, and especially Sam. My knee was feeling better overnight, of which I was really grateful. Thanks to everyone who helped me.
