I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Matthew Grunkemeyer. During my visit, I felt completely dismissed and disrespected. When I tried to explain the severity of my pain, I was told it was just “bad luck,” and my concerns were brushed off without any real examination or compassion. I left feeling unheard and discouraged. Patients deserve to be treated with respect and to have their symptoms taken seriously. Great experience very caring and helpful
The facility was great. I was greeted by friendly and professional people. My PA was very friendly and professional. I liked his attitude and professionalism.
I was treated at OrthoCincy Edgewood Walk In Clinic ( should be called a Limp In Clinic) for a foot injury that had negatively impacted my life for a week. X-Rays were taken and PA-C Katie came in to explore my injury and pain tolerance of which I had none. She prescribed a boot to protect my foot while it healed and that changed everything. Although my walk is less than graceful, it is now pain free and I’m thankful. In addition, everyone I encountered at Ortho Cincy Edgewood was understanding, patient, and supportive.
