I saw Karen Wells on my visit. She was very knowledgeable, and was very responsive to my questions and concerns. She was personable, and easy to relate to. The entire staff was friendly. I was impressed with my wait time. They got me right in and right out.
Dr. Wiggins and her staff are kind and compassionate. She really listened to me and my concerns. I have received the best and fastest care with her and her team and I have trust that she will do what is in my best interest concerning my knee strain. I highly recommend Dr. Wiggins
Dr Rhoad is truly the best Dr that I have ever been to he explained everything in great detail and he doesn't say just what I wanted to hear he keeps it real and he has never rushed in and out like most Dr I have been to and it's been two weeks since my second surgery and so far everything he said has been spot on for the way things are going even though I would love to be cured already but he told me that it's going to take time. I've delayed having hip replacement surgery for 2 years, because of fear if anesthesia. I had my initial visit with Dr. Nayak. His personality, demeanor and bedside manner are impeccable. He is very knowledgeable, skilled, understanding and most of all compassionate and reassuring. He relieved my anxiety, I felt I was in good hands. Dr. Nayak is amazing. I am so ready to get the surgery done. Thank you. Dr. Nayak!!
The front sign in desk was very efficient and aids also very efficient and helpful. Michael Dee the PA was very professional with the knee injection procedure and I never even felt the injection.
