When we speak of Doctors we of course focus on expertise and bedside manner. Dr Rhoad is excellent. He explained my hand surgery and next steps with clarity. This gave me confidence and trust going into my hand surgery. Where Dr Rhoad and Ortho Cincy Team further excel is service. Professional, expedient, knowledgeable, timely service I have not experienced anywhere else. They truly care. Thank you!
Dr Rhoad is truly the best Dr that I have ever been to he explained everything in great detail and he doesn't say just what I wanted to hear he keeps it real and he has never rushed in and out like most Dr I have been to and it's been two weeks since my second surgery and so far everything he said has been spot on for the way things are going even though I would love to be cured already but he told me that it's going to take time. I've delayed having hip replacement surgery for 2 years, because of fear if anesthesia. I had my initial visit with Dr. Nayak. His personality, demeanor and bedside manner are impeccable. He is very knowledgeable, skilled, understanding and most of all compassionate and reassuring. He relieved my anxiety, I felt I was in good hands. Dr. Nayak is amazing. Dr. Nyak was outstanding. Very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. He answered all of my questions thoroughly, and he clearly is an expert in his field. All of his staff were very friendly and professional as well. His scheduler Yvonne is outstanding as well.
I know my injection is not a permanent solution but I feel like I could go on a run for the first time in years. Staff is super kind and such a speedy experience. Thank you so much 🙏
