Very personable and love the beside manners. Highly recommended
We waited almost hour after checking in at front desk for my 90 year old mother's appointment. We were told we were not checked in for our appointment so the Dr could not see my mom there were only 3 doctors there and 5 ahead us. Which technically we should have been ahead of them and we would have to reschedule. This was an error on their part. Dr. Rhoad is a fabulous hand surgeon. He has performed 3 different surgeries over the years on my fingers and hands with superb results every time. As a detail artist, proper hand functioning is critical to me. I fully trust his opinions and skills, which he executes in an impeccable and easy going manner making you feel immediately comfortable as a patient. Every concern is addressed professionally and with respect. I would not hesitate to go to back to him with any hand issues whatsoever.
