Dr Schertzinger. Horrible experience today with my Dr. The front desk, Dr aides, office manager Alli, were exceptionally wonderful to work with. However Dr "S" was NOT. For the second time, I had to wait over an hour past my appointment time to get called back. Horrible experience from the moment I walked in the door. I was having problems with my knee and couldn't put any weight on it. I first went into the wrong door (marked MRI) because my doctor sent me there FOR AN MRI. The woman behind the counter could not have been nastier as she directed me to the walk-in clinic.
