Walked in and was registered quickly. Wait time was about 15 minutes. X-rayed my foot, saw the doctor, and was checked out about 20 minutes after I went back. Everyone was pleasant, and the doctor went over everything thoroughly about my arthritic toe, which has been stepped on too many times to count by my horses! That's probably why it became arthritic!!
Dr. Graham really did listen to what I have to say and he was very professional I would highly recommend all my friends that have me pain to come to see Dr Graham and he gave me some great pointers to point out to my PCP which was great overall I give him if I could give him more stars I would.

This visit went really well. They were nice and friendly and got me in and out quickly. Too bad the other ERs and Urgent Cares can’t be this way. I had to go to the Harrisburg ER the day before. The ER system is LACKING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CARE! They would rather you die in the waiting area so they can skip right over you. Like you’re not even there. I had to WALK OUT with the IV needle still in my arm because of their lack of service and care. Horrible! Please DO share my review. Ortho Urgent Care gets 5+ stars!
