So good to feel good again. Remarkable to be remembered from prior visits as if they were yesterday. The notes to my file must be clear and absolutely comprehensive because we started the visit after a brief getting reacquainted as if my ailments and all previous treatments happened moments ago and after verifying effectiveness of treatment options determined what we collectively know to be the best option for me at this time. Excellent medical treatment as well as the very best of patient care. Great experience.
A 3-year-old child broke their arm, and the doctor we were assigned could not see us for 5 days. We asked for any other available doctor earlier, but were refused. After 5 days, at the appointment with the doctor, no X-ray was done. We only spoke with the doctor for a couple of minutes, after which a nurse came in and put on a cast. Really disappointed with our experience. They do not follow through on reaching out and scheduling appointments and they do not respect your time. My daughter's pediatrician wanted us to see an orthopedist, so sent a referral and I was told they would reach out. They never did so I had to call and schedule an appointment for an ultra sound. I specifically asked for an ultra sound when booking my appointment. Our appointment was at 9:00 on a Monday morning. The care provider who saw me at my follow-up after my surgery was very informative and when I wanted to know the technical name of what was done, she told me that too! Her assistant, who put on my hard cast, was pleasant, considerate and caring. I learned that the man had been an orthopedic surgeon in Syria for quite a few years before coming here.
