On today, I called in to make an appointment for Dr. Garcia and one of the young ladies that I spoke with was very very nasty from the call center. I did record the call. I asked her to let me speak to her supervisor. She refused to. She held the line for several several minutes Yelling at me using all type of gestures, anger, gestures, that I did not agree to at all as a patient. She didn’t never get anyone on the phone. The billing department sucks. Carol needs customer service training. What kind of people y’all got working for this company? I asked for a supervisor because Carol was rude as ever she tells me to call back and get someone else. I called back and she picked up again. I asked her why would she tell me to call back only to get her again? She said well I guess everyone else is at lunch.
