On today, I called in to make an appointment for Dr. Garcia and one of the young ladies that I spoke with was very very nasty from the call center. I did record the call. I asked her to let me speak to her supervisor. She refused to. The billing department sucks. Carol needs customer service training. What kind of people y’all got working for this company? I asked for a supervisor because Carol was rude as ever she tells me to call back and get someone else. I called back and she picked up again. I asked her why would she tell me to call back only to get her again? She said well I guess everyone else is at lunch. Was a patient of Doctor Gilcrest in Hickory. He has the bedside manner of a hickory tree. He does not ask how you feel he basically tells you how to feel. I complained about his treatment and was ousted from the practice. This will show you how Ortho Carolina cares for it's patients. I would stay away from this practice and doctors and spend my money on a really good doctor.
Been on the phone on hold for 1 hour and 26 minutes with the Hickory office this morning after 1 was on hold 28 additional minutes this morning then disconnected. Now as we speak been on hold and extended amount of time with the Corp office of OrthoCarolina. This is getting worse all the time , can’t ever get anyone on the phone.
