Very short time in the waiting room. Staff was very friendly.
I had a 3:20 appointment on Monday, February 1, with Dr. Joshua. Smith due to a broken wrist, but saw PA, Brooke Lail at 4:00. She was knowledgeable, compassionate, and answered all my questions. She also explained that Dr. Smith was in surgery. I left believing I was to have surgery on Thursday. I was instructed to contact the scheduler if I had not heard from her by noon th next day. Excellent care in my second hip replacement surgery! Had the right done in 2023 and now the left. Brad was great in communication to insure I understood my responsibility in a successful outcome. Brad, Katherine ,Dr Krenzel and the entire office is A+.
Very positive experience with every aspect of my care for my knee replacement. Even when I had an allergic reaction to the adhesive on the steri strips and we had to manage that situation, they worked me in and following their directions cleared up the problem quickly. So glad that I chose OrthoCarolina Hickory - they're the experts I was hoping and praying for.
