Keaton at Ortho Carolina in Hickory, NC really helped me out. It was past time for shots in both knees. I got immediate relief. I have bone on bone in both knees and one day will need knee replacements. Keaton was so very professional. He was very kind and answered all of my questions. They are the best.

Had another great experience with my right total knee replacement, as with my left knee a little over a year ago. Dr Krenzel performed my left knee replacement in February of 2025, and then my right one in June of 2026. My left knee is doing amazing, and I think my right knee will do even better. The staff was amazing and Dr Krenzel is super knowledgeable and was very helpful to answer any and every concern. Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.
