I took my daughter to the location in Shelby and had a disappointing conversation with a Ms. Susan Oakes concerning a very small balance from 4 years ago. We waited since the beginning of June to get this appointment with Dr. Fiore...arrived early and I was presented with a bill for $19.48 plus our $20 co-pay. NOBODY including Ms. Oakes could explain to me why there was a $19.48 charge that remained but they did admit that they do not bill for amounts under $20.
