Was online and some how ran across this page. So I had to leave a review from my experience with DR Cooper. Because I went to him when I was in my young teens. Now I am 32 years old. But when I went there DR Cooper and his staff was awesome to me. They was always nice and he was always helpful. He did a really good job. Back then I liked to box a lot. I was a patient here at this orthodontist and had my braces on for 5 years. I had activities at school that would force me to miss a few appointments throughout the years but sometimes I didn’t want to go to the appointment due to Cooper and some staff members. He was honestly very rude to me and always had some type of attitude when it came to seeing me but no problem with someone else there. The work done here seems stellar, but appointment staff is rude & unhelpful.
Overall this is a great orthodontist and they have very friendly staff, but my daughter was told she was getting her braces off this month. She went in today and they spent 10 minutes with her max. She’s very disappointed.
