I asked Dr Wood for an MRI. She doesn't call with results. You are expected to make an appt to go in so they can bill. I am self-employed and needed to reschedule my own patients in order to go in to get an interpretation of my MRI results. I waited in the office 45 min past my appt time only to be told she was running late and would not be available to meet with me. I received top notch care at OrthoExpress. Within 2 hours of contacting the facility I was seen by Dr. Seeley. He provided excellent care, even taking the time to go on the internet to show me the medical equipment that would aid in my recovery. I received X-rays right on the premises.
