Dr Brooks is a very good doctor. He did a THR on my left hip July 11,2017. I walked without assistance 8 days later. Now aftet 24 days i am walking very good.
Dr. Brooks Surgically repaired both my ankles, one fractured and the other a horrible broken mess. From a 1-10 he said I was in the teens. He did a remarkable job on my ankles and from being concerned if I would actually be able to walk with that ankle, I do great. His rehabilitation therapy was tremendous as well. I fainted one day and completely ripped my knee and broke my fibula. Dr. Brooks also repaired my knee with surgery and my fibula. I found Dr. Brooks to be outstanding. This Doctor may be Popular in the Area and a great surgeon, but he needs to SLOW down and listen to his patient's or maybe not take on elderly patient's that he doesn't seem to have time for. His Technique for Hip Surgery using the Anterior Approach is awesome. But he doesn't seem to listen once the surgery is done. And on Hip Revisions he seems to have even less time.
