overall the sign in & process was fine. My only complaint is that my conversation with the physician was very fast. I wanted to be able to ask questions for clarity.
I wasn’t able to work for 2 weeks because of pain in my neck and right arm. Doctors in Hot Springs just wanted to throw pain pills at me and send me down the road but yall took the time to figure out what was wrong and within 10 hrs I was able to function again also had a plan of action to start fixing the source of my problems. Also I’m able to get back to work on light duty. I really appreciate yall
Initial visit went fast and smoothly. Upon returning a day because my pain and swelling didn’t decrease at all, I was told by the guy checking I couldn’t be helped. A clerk or whatever his position was told me “it’s nothing we can do” I’d have to see a specialist! I asked the man so I could even get a shot? He said no!!! I had to go to the ER to be treated I’m very disappointed and would never go back there because of 1 guy! Firstly the wrist brace must’ve been a little small and the meds did absolutely nothing.
