I wasn't impressed with the ER and staff, on how they treated my daughter. Long story short, if you need an IV, expect to have them put in on you in the waiting room and have the IV bag hang on the wall next to you. You'll finally get called into a room, nice and clean room but when my daughter asked the nurse if she can lay down b/c she was in tremendous pain, the nurse hesitated and said "yeah I guess you can, you're not going to be here that long", well 45 min later we're still in the room and ER Dr. ***************comes ... read more

My dad was in the Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU) which is located on the second floor in building C. First let me add some important info. My dad had a triple bypass on 12/17/18 and right after the surgery the doctor ordered him to be transferred to CVICU so they can closely monitor him to basically reteach him to take deep breaths to help his oxygen levels reach the "ideal spot", the nurses are also ordered to take him on walks in the unit 3x a day, the nurses also have to be there to sit him up and lay him in bed about every 3... read more

I was calling them to schedule a psychiatric appointment since they had not scheduled one for me after my hospital visit. I asked them to call me back since wait times were longer than an hour. When I was called back I was told that I needed to be transferred and I have been on hold for no less than 56 minutes so far. I am so close to just hanging up, but at the same time I know that going to psychiatric appointments is vital to my health and well-being. Worst Medical Personnel ever. I was in urgent care and the receptionist there are very rude. Nurse had members wait 3 hours then Serbs then to emergency such you have to wait another 3 hours just to be taken care of. My mother on 2 occasions, 1 where she fell and the supposedly doctor told her that her foot wasn't broke but sprained. Next day, another doctor called and said her foot was broke and she needed to return... incompetent doctor and nurses.
