Dr C is so great! My mom was super nervous about her knee and poor experience with previousknee dr. Dr C set her at ease, explained all the options, answered our MANY questions, and gave mom her first PAIN- FREE cortisone injection. Office staff were friendly, excellent communication around scheduling, Sent paperwork in advance and didn't make us re-do. We will be referring all our friends with ouchy joints HERE.
All these bad one star reviews for scheduling. I saw the Dr yesterday and got a call to schedule my MRI the very next day. I even originally missed the phone call and called them right back and they answered and scheduled me for next week. I have zero complaints.

Have been trying for 2 weeks to schedule an appt. Currently on my 5th voicemail with scheduling depth. Don't waste your time and look elsewhere.
I am writing this review out of pure frustration with the Ortho Arizona imaging department. I have been attempting to schedule an appointment for over a week, calling every single day and leaving a voicemail. To this day, I have not received a single returned phone call, and no one ever answers the phone when I dial. This is completely unprofessional and demonstrates a shocking lack of care for patients.
