Amber is always a pleasure. The doctor is very informative in explaining what's going on and his plan of action along with his reasoning behind the treatment. Very pleasant experience. It's a 10/10 for me every time
Very happy with Dr flood and entire team today including PA Lauren Lalli!!! I have seen dozens of doctors for my condition and they both intently listened to my story, I didn’t feel rushed, and they both pay extreme attention to detail! Very impressed with Dr Flood and PA Lalli bedside manner and how they explained everything. Very professional. First appt I was impressed. Smart clinicians here and I am moving forward with surgery. I give them all 5 stars and I highly recommend this whole team for any neck issues!
The staff was awesome I was nervous at first but the atmosphere was pleasant and I felt comfortable.Danna was very professional and explained everything to me so I understood and when I didn't she made me comfortable with asking questions and not feel dumb.Thanks
