Horrible experience. I waited 2-3 weeks for this appointment and once I got there, the office was completely empty. Why make us wait long for an appointment when they don’t even have patients. I then sit down to start my cleaning but then the dental assistant advises me that they don’t accept my HMO plan when they could’ve told me over the phone the day before when they called to confirm. I almost missed my appointment. They give no follow up after booking appointment. They don’t check insurances to see if they accept them until you get there. The staff 90% only speaks Spanish. The office is always empty and employees are just chatting doing nothing but takes a month to get a clean up.
My experience at this clinic has been excellent. The doctor is very professional and dedicated, always making me feel confident during every visit. The front desk team is also very kind and welcoming, which makes the whole process so much smoother. But I especially want to highlight Alejandra’s work: her patience, dedication, and attention to detail truly make a difference. Just the best! We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Cozzzarelli and her team, after a disappointing experience with another provider. She exceeded our expectations in every way. She was kind, patient and went above and beyond to help our 2 sons. We are so grateful for her professionalism and the care she showed throughout the process. Highly recommend!
