This was my first time using Ortho RI walk In in Middletown. I live in Bristol and found it really super convenient. I walked in and was greeted with cheerful staff willing to to help me with my Issue. They were awesome. I was had X-rays and was in a room in a Matter of minutes. I was amazed to be honest. Then the PA came in and she was just great. She was already familiar with what Dr Machon had done replacing both knees and my follow ups. Ortho RI Was super efficient. My son had hurt his finger in PE class and within a half hour we have x-rays done, found out what the issue was, had a resolution in place, and we're out the door,. Couldn't ask for anything easier.
