I had a very good experience here. Everyone was very kind and I was seen very quickly. Special shout-out to the x-ray technician who was especially kind and communicative. The one thing I wish I had gotten more of from the visit was immediate next steps. I was given strengthening exercises for my knee injury, but I only realized after I'd left that I hadn't asked about the timeline for this. From start to finish, my experience at Ortho On Call was excellent. My primary care doctor referred me and I'm delighted that he was familiar with Ortho On Call. At every stage, from the reception to intake to x-ray and examination and explanation by the physician assistant, I was treated with great care and competence. I was in good hands!
