If it ain’t broke, don’t come here to fix it. I came in for a strained heel so painful I couldn’t walk. They confirmed it wasn’t broken, which I knew, and after that the provider was … not really interested in treating me. “I guess just rest it!” “Buy a $370 boot if you like?” I was hoping for a diagnosis and treatment plan, instead hobbled away with nothing. On a positive note, the nurse was kind and helpful.
