Recently changed their policy for self pay from $150 to $300 upfront. Completely absurd and prevents so many people from accessing care. I’m incredibly disappointed when I used to respect this practice.
We went today to ortho on call with broken and swollen toe. This facility is amazing. Kate Lee PA did X-rays, provide with exhaustive explanation how to proceed, what to avoid, how to make it heal asap. Offered us the post op shoe. Also other members of staff : Samantha ( medical assistant ) , Kelin and Angela at the reception desk very efficient and pleasant.
