Good experience overall
This place fixed my trigger thumb. When it came to my broken right hand, it was a joke. They put some sort of half ass cast that did not work. They said that they to stop my hand from moving .they put a cast on my hand that did nothing. Like I could still move it completely. My wrist could turn and I had full motion of my wrist. The cast did nothing besides make me not be able to take a shower. Most bullshit, pretend doctor I ever been too.
I took my daughter in during the evening for an issue. We were in and out within 45 minutes. We were taken back, given x rays, and waited for the PA. Reena was fabulous— great with children and very knowledgeable. She convinced my daughter to let her examine her by acting like it was a game and then fixed the issue before we even realized it! We left with the ortho problem resolved. I would highly recommend her and this location.
It was a bad experience. The short: Not a smooth operation expect billing issues at every turn. The long: I took my daughter who had hurt her knee. They were uncertain if I needed a referral from my primary care or not since this is not an urgent care and is instead billed as a specialist. I called my insurance to find out and the receptionist talked to my insurance on my cell phone to resolve the issue. My insurance said we did not need a referral.
