This place fixed my trigger thumb. When it came to my broken right hand, it was a joke. They put some sort of half ass cast that did not work. They said that they to stop my hand from moving .they put a cast on my hand that did nothing. Like I could still move it completely. My wrist could turn and I had full motion of my wrist. The cast did nothing besides make me not be able to take a shower. Most bullshit, pretend doctor I ever been too.

I took my daughter in during the evening for an issue. We were in and out within 45 minutes. We were taken back, given x rays, and waited for the PA. Reena was fabulous— great with children and very knowledgeable. She convinced my daughter to let her examine her by acting like it was a game and then fixed the issue before we even realized it! We left with the ortho problem resolved. I would highly recommend her and this location.

It was a bad experience. The short: Not a smooth operation expect billing issues at every turn. The long: I took my daughter who had hurt her knee. They were uncertain if I needed a referral from my primary care or not since this is not an urgent care and is instead billed as a specialist. I called my insurance to find out and the receptionist talked to my insurance on my cell phone to resolve the issue. My insurance said we did not need a referral. The PA did not seem interested in my questions or concerns about my diagnosis. After answering 'no' to all the questions related to the condition she thought it was, she still concluded that it was the only answer and she dismissed my concerns that it might be something else. I had mentioned what my physical therapist had said and she did not seem to respect their opinion, or care to hear it. After telling her a cortisone shot had helped slightly but my pain was still around a 7-8 with contact and was not improving, she just... read more
